Surfboard rental, wetsuits, surf gear and Moroccan finds in Tamraght, on the Taghazout Bay surf coast.
Tamraght Bazar Surf Shop is a small, independent shop right in the middle of Tamraght, on Morocco’s Taghazout Bay coast. Paddling out for the first time or been surfing for years, we keep a solid stock of boards, wetsuits and the other bits you need for a trip here.
Need to swap a board partway through your stay, or rent a wetsuit for a week? Just ask — we’ll set you up with gear that suits your level and whatever the swell is doing that day.
Everything for a session, in one shop. Tell us your level and what the waves are doing, and we’ll match you with the right board.
Soft-tops to learn on and hardboards for bigger days, for a day or for the whole trip.
The Atlantic runs cool from November to March. Rent a wetsuit and stay out longer.
Wax, leashes, fins and sun cream for the Moroccan sun: the bits you forgot to pack.
Embroidered jackets, jewellery, pottery and other Moroccan finds tucked in the back of the shop. Something for you, something for everyone back home.
A few shots from the shop floor — boards, wetsuits, and the bazar corner at the back.
